How to Install FRP modular panel water tank?

Two options for the C-chnanel conneciton,one is welding connection and one is bolted connection
Welding connection C-channel:
a). Make sure all groove openings are arranged in the correct and consistent direction: the four corners face outward, the vertical channels face right, and the horizontal channels face upward.
b). Before welding the channel steel, measure the two diagonal lengths according to the tank size. The difference between the two diagonal measurements should be less than 3 cm before welding starts.
Bolted connection C-channel:
Please connect the C-channels according to the factory marks on each C-channel and follow our installation drawing.
a). Layout all bottom panels according to the mark drawing(We offer the panel layout drawing)
b). Put short PVC foaming strips on 4 corners of one panel first and then put the whole PVC foaming strip along the bottom panels.
c). The torque is 13N·M (Caution: when screw the last bolt at each panel corner , the torque should around 10 N·M to avoid damage)
Red color torque is 10 N.M and white color torque is 13 N.M
d). The sequence through bottom bolts are:Bolt-washer-panel-PVC foaming strip-panel-washer-nuts
Take note:Each GRP water tank bottom board has one drainage panel used for draining the water completely.
a). Turn over the assembled bottom panels and place them onto the U-steel base frame. If there are many bottom panels, divide them into groups first, such as 4 pcs or 6 pcs per group. Turn over each group separately, then align, bolt, and connect all bottom panels on the base frame. Make sure the joints of the tank bottom panels are supported on the surface of the U-steel base frame.
b). Drill holes at the required positions on the panel standing edge for connection between the fixed plate and C-channel. This helps prevent the bottom panels from shifting during installation.
c). For the side panel installation preparation,we first put the short PVC foaming strip horizontally attached on the side panel bottom edge 2 corners.
(PVC foam strip between side bottom panel and bottom panel no gap,no gap,no gap,see below second picture)
Take note:Top right position is the drain bottom panel
a). The assemble method is same as bottom panel,the only difference is side panels need auxiliary angle iron for horizontal and vertical. Put the angle iron between two side panels.
b). Side panel and bottom panel connection sequence:bolt-iron band-panel-PVC foaming strip-panel-iron band-nut (Caution: when screw the bolts at cross stitch of the panel, the torque should be around 10 N·M to avoid damage,rest bolt torques should be around 13 N.M)
