FRP Modular Sectional Water Tank Panel
(FRP panel water tank = GRP panel water tank = SMC panel water tank in water tank field)
We specialize in OEM and ODM manufacturing of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) modular water tank panels based on both Korean and Malaysian designs. With over decades of production experience, we provide custom solutions tailored to different international standards and project requirements.
Our FRP sectional water tank panels are designed with four-sided 90-degree flanged edges, ensuring easy assembly, superior sealing performance, and structural strength. These modular panels are compatible with various installation environments, including residential buildings, industrial sites, farms, and water treatment systems.

FRP Panel Tank-Bottom Panel
The bottom panels feature a non-slip surface and an anti-water accumulation design, ensuring a cleaner water tank and providing safer conditions during installation and maintenance.
FRP Panel Tank-Side Panel
The side panels are designed with outward bulges and multiple reinforcing ribs, which enhance the overall structural strength of the tank and maximize its effective water storage capacity.

FRP Panel Tank-Partition Panel
The partition panel measures 1000×930mm. It allows a single water tank to be divided into multiple compartments, enabling it to serve different purposes and to reduce overall cost by minimizing the need for separate tanks.
FRP Panel Tank-Roof Panel
The roof panels are designed with an anti-water accumulation structure, which prevents rainwater from pooling on the tank top. This helps reduce the risk of algae growth and protects overall water quality.

FRP Panel Tank-Half Panel (Flat Design)
The 1 x 0.5-meter panels feature a flat design, providing greater flexibility in tank sizing. They are also commonly used as flange installation panels, allowing for more secure and precise connections between the tank and external piping systems.
FRP Panel Tank—Full Panel (Flat Design)
The 1 × 1-meter panels feature a flat design and are primarily used as flange installation panels. Their larger surface area provides greater flexibility in flange size and positioning, accommodating a wider range of flange configurations and external piping connections.

FRP Panel Tank-One Quarter Flat Panel
The one-quarter panel (0.5×0.5m) offers a more flexible size option, allowing for customized tank dimensions to meet the diverse requirements of different customers.
FRP Panel Tank-Manhole Cover
The manhole is designed to allow entry into the tank for installation, inspection, and maintenance. Our manholes are produced using a one-time compression molding process, making them stronger and more durable for long-term use

Anti-Algae Panel Light Transmission Testing – Ensuring Safe and Healthy Water Storage
We perform sunlight exposure tests on water tank panels to assess their ability to block light effectively. By minimizing sunlight penetration, the panels help prevent algae formation and maintain water clarity. This testing emphasizes both the material’s quality and the overall safety of stored water, ensuring a healthier and more reliable water storage solution for end users.

FRP Sectional Water Tank Panel Hydrostatic Pressure Test (Before packing)
Hydrostatic pressure testing is a critical quality control process used to verify the strength, sealing performance, and durability of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) water tank panels. Each FRP water tank panel undergoes rigorous water pressure testing before delivery to ensure it meets structural and safety standards.
During the test, the panels are assembled into a tank section and filled with water under controlled pressure conditions, simulating the real-world forces they will face when in use. This helps confirm that:
-
There are no leaks at panel joints or flanges.
-
The panels can withstand the designed water pressure without deformation or failure.
Our FRP water tank panels are tested in accordance with relevant international standards such as BS 7491, SS 245, or custom project specifications.
Hydrostatic pressure testing is an essential step in delivering safe, reliable, and long-lasting water storage solutions for our customers.
Color Options for FRP Modular Sectional Panel Water Tank
To accommodate different project aesthetics and branding needs, we provide color customization for our Korean-type and Malaysian-type FRP modular water tank panels.
The standard color we use is RAL 9002 (Grey White), which offers a clean and neutral look suitable for most environments. For projects requiring specific visual styles or integration into architectural surroundings, we also offer custom colors, including RAL 7042 (Traffic Grey A) and other RAL codes upon request.
Standard RAL 9002 FRP Water Tank Panel Color
The first image displays FRP water tank panels in RAL 9002 (Grey White), our standard and most commonly used color for both Korean-type and Malaysian-type modular tank systems. These panels are securely stacked and wrapped for delivery.

Custom RAL 7042 FRP Water Tank Panel Color
The second image shows customized FRP panels in RAL 7042 (Traffic Grey A), a muted grey tone often selected for projects with specific architectural or municipal requirements. The panels are stacked and wrapped for shipping, ready for use in diverse environments.
Polyurethane Foam Insulated Panels for FRP/GRP Water Tanks
Three Standard Cover Colors Available, with Custom Colors upon Request
Our insulated panels are manufactured using standard FRP/GRP water tank panels as the base. Polyurethane foam is filled and expanded on each panel, and an external cover is then fitted over the insulation. The original tank panel, polyurethane foam insulation, and outer cover are combined to form one complete insulated water tank panel.
This integrated structure reduces heat transfer between the stored water and the external environment, helping maintain a more stable water temperature throughout the year.
In hot weather, the insulation helps reduce the effects of direct sunlight and high ambient temperatures, preventing the stored water from heating up too quickly. In cold weather, it minimizes heat loss and helps protect the stored water from low temperatures and freezing conditions.
The insulated panels are suitable for indoor, outdoor, and rooftop FRP/GRP water tanks in hot, tropical, cold, and highly variable climates.
Three standard outer-cover colors are available. Custom colors can also be provided to match the water tank design, installation environment, and specific project requirements.

National Standard (12S101) FRP panel water tank for your reference (Optional)
Unlike above FRP panel water tank with uniform 90-degree flanged edges on all sides, this design adopts a combined flange configuration, featuring both 45-degree and 90-degree flanged edges on each panel. This panel configuration reflects a different structural design, affecting corner connections and load transfer behavior.
Designed in accordance with China National Standard 12S101, this FRP panel water tank provides a proven structural reference for industrial and potable water storage. The standard specifies panel arrangement, internal bracing, and installation requirements, ensuring stable performance, standardized construction, and reliable engineering application.
