Our FRP panels are designed with four-sided 90-degree flanged edges, ensuring easy assembly, superior sealing performance, and structural strength. These modular panels are compatible with various installation environments, including residential buildings, industrial sites, farms, and water treatment systems.
Bottom panel
The bottom panels feature a non-slip surface and an anti-water accumulation design, ensuring a cleaner water tank and providing safer conditions during installation and maintenance.
Side panel
The side panels are designed with outward bulges and multiple reinforcing ribs, which enhance the overall structural strength of the tank and maximize its effective water storage capacity.
Partition panel
The partition panel measures 1000×930mm. It allows a single water tank to be divided into multiple compartments, enabling it to serve different purposes and to reduce overall cost by minimizing the need for separate tanks.
Roof panel
The roof panels are designed with an anti-water accumulation structure, which prevents rainwater from pooling on the tank top. This helps reduce the risk of algae growth and protects overall water quality.
Half panel (Flat design)
The 1 x 0.5-meter panels feature a flat design, providing greater flexibility in tank sizing. They are also commonly used as flange installation panels, allowing for more secure and precise connections between the tank and external piping systems.
One quarter flat panel
The one-quarter panel (0.5×0.5m) offers a more flexible size option, allowing for customized tank dimensions to meet the diverse requirements of different customers.
Manhole panel
The manhole is designed to allow entry into the tank for installation, inspection, and maintenance. Our manholes are produced using a one-time compression molding process, making them stronger and more durable for long-term use
FRP Sectional Water Tank Panel Hydrostatic Pressure Test (Before packing)
Hydrostatic pressure testing is a critical quality control process used to verify the strength, sealing performance, and durability of FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) water tank panels. Each panel undergoes rigorous water pressure testing before delivery to ensure it meets structural and safety standards.
During the test, the panels are assembled into a tank section and filled with water under controlled pressure conditions, simulating the real-world forces they will face when in use. This helps confirm that:

Color Options for Korean & Malaysian FRP Modular Water Tank Panels
To accommodate different project aesthetics and branding needs, we provide color customization for our Korean-type and Malaysian-type FRP modular water tank panels.
The standard color we use is RAL 9002 (Grey White), which offers a clean and neutral look suitable for most environments. For projects requiring specific visual styles or integration into architectural surroundings, we also offer custom colors, including RAL 7042 (Traffic Grey A) and other RAL codes upon request.
Standard RAL 9002 GRP Water Tank Panel Color
The first image displays FRP water tank panels in RAL 9002 (Grey White), our standard and most commonly used color for both Korean-type and Malaysian-type modular tank systems. These panels are securely stacked and wrapped for delivery.
Custom RAL 7042 GRP Water Tank Panel Color
The second image shows customized FRP panels in RAL 7042 (Traffic Grey A), a muted grey tone often selected for projects with specific architectural or municipal requirements. The panels are stacked and wrapped for shipping, ready for use in diverse environments.
